  Brandywine Reality was eager to get me in there for an appointment and sign the paper work but after a few months they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm NOT being unreasonable, I need them to fix the stove that hasn't worked reliably in months! It cuts off randomly and when I come back I find that nothing has been cooked. I have to stand there and wait for it to cut off so I can turn it back on again, IF it wants to stay on. The owner brought in their appliance repair friend who didn't fix the problem. We sought out another repair man, paid for an estimate and told the management company. I haven't heard back from them after weeks and my realtor was conveniently there per the receptionist when we called and then she was SUDDENLY on the other line but the receptionist could get in one question... They are trying to wait our lease out since they know we WON'T be renewing which isn't right. If you are gonna be a property management company, then you better manage. This, of course, is just ONE of the many things that they have been slow and unresponsive about. It is out of my control that the owners aren't great and that they put an DIY experiment on the market to rent. But you could try to be more compassionate and understanding to the fact that we have had multiple issues with the property and you not responding is just added stress to things we can't control. If I could do it again, I wouldn't go with Brandywine Realty Management.
