  This is the worst bank I've ever been to! They're so out of date! They have nowhere for you to swipe your card to access your accounts quicker like most banks today do. They still require you to fill out deposit slips and such. The staff is very unfriendly and poorly trained. It takes forever just to make a deposit/withdrawal there! I decided to time it and see how it compared to Wells Fargo. I made a deposit at M&T and it took 7 minutes for them to complete the transaction. Then I went to Wells Fargo and did the same thing, I was in and out of Wells Fargo in a minute and a half! M&T get your act together!

  I bought the HR block business software, had some very simple tax questions since we had no profits or revenue. I called their store on 202 and they said they'd be glad to help with simple questions. If I require a full tax return help, or if it starts taking time I'd be expected to pay (sounded fair). I went to the one in Brandywine mall, they listened but they were helpless regarding the business questions, so referred me to this location on Marsh Road. I explained the whole problem. I was again asked if I had only a few specific questions or need them to prepare the return. I said I was ok to pay a fee if the questions took time. I was asked to come on a Sunday. After all the wait, I went there. The person I am supposed to meet with said that I should call the software help. She refused to help because it is not fair to their time, as the software is a separate business. In fact if she was any less polite it would have been outright rude. Well, after getting an appointment and waiting for days (not that they were misled), it wasn't the least they could do. A 'fail' on the whole. They will not get my business even when I actually require full preparation help for a future business return.

  My son went there for child care and preschool and I was very happy with the whole experience. The staff is very warm and friendly and did an excellent job teaching both academic and social skillls. Would have sent him there for Kindergarten if he did not get into the charter school we had in mind. Highly recommended!

  This office is poorly ran and unorganized. Dont communicate with customers. Dont receive call backs. Lose paper work that you give them personal all in all very poorly customer service and to top it all been overcharge for insurance that I didnt even use and still try to charge me i don't recommend this office to anybody. Still waiting for a call about my policy that I cancanled and my refund.
