I had $700.00 and an account all paid off - Over 30 days and they will not close account and send my money back!! I have written to FDIC and Other Government agencies!! DO NOT open a credit card with Applied Bank unless you have a big jar of vaseline handy , so you can take it without too much pain!! TRY CALLING THEIR PHONE NUMBER?? - No other bank in America is like this one! WHAT A STRESSFULL EXPERIENCE!! Every single month was ridiculous - you will never understnad their accounting system!! They somehow cook up a new scheme to get more of your money every month! They even calculate "finance charges" on a ZERO BALANCE?? They add finance charges inn a way you will never comprehend!!
